How to Pay for Research Peptides in Canada
Eppix Labs accepts two payment methods, both in Canadian dollars: Interac e-Transfer sent from your own online banking, which takes a further 5% off your order, and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) paid through a secure invoice link emailed after checkout. Orders confirmed before 4 PM MT ship the same business day by Canada Post Xpresspost, free over $200. Your statement shows EPPIX.

You send the transfer yourself, from your bank’s app or website — we never see your banking credentials. After you place the order we email you the exact figures; this is what you do with them. Because it costs us no processing fee, e-Transfer carries a 5% discount, applied automatically when you choose it at checkout.

Send the exact total. A different amount cannot be matched automatically and has to be reviewed by hand.
This is the field people miss. It is what links your payment to your order — without it the deposit arrives with nothing to match it to.
No security question. Auto-deposit is enabled, so your transfer is accepted automatically. If your bank asks for a security question, you are sending to the wrong address — check step 1.
Transfers are usually confirmed within 30 minutes. You will get an email the moment payment is received.
Your instructions email — subject line E-Transfer Instructions — carries your order number and the exact total to send. The three fields above are the same three values that email lists.

Choose card at checkout and we email you a secure invoice link. Open it and pay on Square’s hosted page: your card details are entered there, not here, so no card number ever reaches this site. The order confirms automatically the moment the invoice is paid, and your statement shows EPPIX with no product names on it.

Payment questions
Two ways. Interac e-Transfer, sent from your own online banking to orders@eppix.ca with your order number in the message field; or credit card, by opening the secure invoice link emailed to you after checkout. Both are offered at checkout and both are priced in Canadian dollars.
No. Auto-deposit is enabled on the receiving address, so the transfer is accepted automatically and your bank will not ask you to set one. If your banking app does ask for a security question, you have entered a different recipient address — go back and check it against the one in your instructions email.
The deposit still arrives, but nothing links it to your order, so it goes into a queue for someone to match by hand and your order stays unpaid until they do. If you have already sent one without the reference, email us the order number and the amount and we will match it.
Usually within 30 minutes of your bank releasing the transfer. Payment is matched automatically and you get a confirmation email the moment it is received. Orders confirmed before 4 PM MT ship the same business day.

Yes. Card payments run on a hosted Square invoice, so card details are entered on Square and never touch this site or our servers. We receive confirmation that the invoice was paid, not the card number.

Yes. Every price on this site is in CAD and stock ships from within Canada, so there is no currency conversion, no customs charge and no import fee at delivery.
