Support hours and response times
Messages are answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. Most get a reply within one business day and effectively all within two; anything sent over a weekend is picked up on the Monday. There is no phone queue and no chat widget — email is the whole support channel, and it is read by the same people who pack the orders.

Faster answers
- Order status: tracking is emailed the moment the label prints — check spam for “Canada Post” before writing in, and include your order number (EL-xxxx) if you do.
- Certificates: every published lot is in the COA library and resolvable through /verify; for an unlisted older lot, send a photo of the vial label.
- Quality concerns: include the lot code and what you observed. Batches are covered by the published certificate — if something does not match it, we make it right.
- Wholesale & affiliates: volume pricing is quoted by email; the affiliate programme has its own page and application.
- What we can’t answer: dosing, administration or usage questions — products are for laboratory research only, and no one on staff will advise otherwise.
