Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order is transferred to Canada Post, Eppix Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other external interruptions.
Fulfilment
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays
- Payment must be fully confirmed before an order enters fulfilment
- E-Transfer orders: inventory is reserved for 60 minutes after checkout
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your label is generated
- Orders are billed and fulfilled by EPPIX. Your billing statement will show EPPIX
Packaging
How Orders Are Packaged
- All orders are packaged in discreet, neutral outer packaging with no product descriptions or branding visible on the exterior
- Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at ambient temperature during standard domestic transit and do not require cold-chain packaging
- Every order references a batch-specific lot number — published on the product page and linked to the Certificate of Analysis
- Packing slip or invoice included — billed under EPPIX
Returns
Returns & Order Resolution
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returned products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact hello@eppixlabs.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
Early Release — ≥99% Purity Guarantee
Every Early Release batch has cleared Stage 2 Testides screening — HPLC purity and LAL endotoxin analysis — confirming ≥99% purity before distribution. If final Janoshik results return below this standard, you choose your resolution. No claim required — we initiate it.
Address & Accuracy
Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Review your address carefully before placing your order.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we can only correct it before the label is generated
