Terms of Service

Eppix Labs provides research-grade materials intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes. All products are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, or any application that would violate Canadian federal or provincial law.

By accessing or using the Eppix Labs website and completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. Eppix Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

All products sold by Eppix Labs are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that:

• They are at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in their province or territory
• They are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory research purposes only
• They understand the materials are not approved by Health Canada for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic application
• They will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing research materials
• They will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products for human or veterinary use

Eppix Labs offers an Early Release program that makes select research batches available after Stage 2 Testides screening — HPLC purity and LAL endotoxin analysis — while Janoshik Analytical final verification is being completed in parallel.

• Early Release batches have completed Testides Stage 2 screening, confirming ≥99% purity, prior to distribution
• The Testides Certificate of Analysis is published at the time of Early Release availability
• The full Janoshik Analytical COA is published upon completion of Stage 3 verification
• Early Release pricing applies until the Janoshik COA is published, at which point pricing returns to standard automatically

Eppix Labs makes every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and documentation are accurate. However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing or listing errors. COAs are batch-specific and published per lot reference.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except:

• Orders damaged in transit — contact us with your order number and documentation of damage
• Incorrect item received — contact us and we will resolve at no additional cost
• Early Release batch where final Janoshik results fall below ≥99% — replacement or full refund, initiated by Eppix Labs

All payments must be successfully processed prior to order fulfilment. The following payment methods are accepted:

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid basis may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays
• All orders ship domestically across Canada via Canada Post Xpress
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
• Free shipping applies on orders over $200 CAD, applied automatically at checkout
• All orders are packaged discreetly with neutral labeling

Eppix Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use products sold. Products are sold "as is" for research purposes without warranties of any kind, except where required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

All website content — including but not limited to branding, logos, product names, research documentation, product images, graphics, design elements, and written material — is the property of Eppix Labs and protected under Canadian intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
