The standard is 99% or higher, measured by HPLC on each specific lot with mass spectrometry confirming identity. The figure published on a certificate is the result for that lot alone — it is not an average across the catalogue and it is not carried over from a previous batch of the same compound.

Yes, by independent accredited analytical laboratories, primarily Janoshik Analytical. The testing laboratory is named on each certificate rather than left as a generic "third-party tested" claim, and each report can be opened on that laboratory’s own portal.

Purity tells you what fraction of the material in the vial is the compound on the label. It tells you nothing about how much is in there. Measured content is the actual quantity the laboratory found, against what the label claims — so a vial can be 99.8% pure and still be short-filled. Both figures are published for every tested lot; most suppliers publish only the first.

Every vial carries a printed lot code. Enter that code on the verification page, or find it in the certificate library, and the independent report for that exact batch opens — measured purity, measured content against the labelled amount, the testing laboratory and the test date.

Yes, and you should. Each certificate links through to the testing laboratory’s own portal, where the same report is served by the laboratory rather than by us. A supplier that only ever shows you a PDF hosted on its own site is asking you to take its word for the contents of that PDF.

Look for four things: no lot number, or one that does not match your vial; no named laboratory; no test date, or one long predating the batch; and purity quoted without measured content. Not for domestic transit. Lyophilized compounds are stable at ambient temperature over the one to two days a domestic shipment takes, which is why they are supplied freeze-dried in the first place. No. Stock is held in Canada and orders ship domestically, so there is no customs declaration, no CBSA inspection, no import duty and no brokerage fee arriving separately afterwards. Avoiding that is the practical reason Canadian researchers buy domestically rather than importing.

Because of what these materials are, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. That is not the end of the conversation, though: if material does not match its published certificate, or an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact support with the lot code and we will make it right.

Almost always this means the order number was not included in the transfer’s message or description field, so the deposit arrived with nothing to match it against and is waiting for someone to reconcile by hand. Email us the order number and the amount you sent and it will be matched. Nothing is lost.

While an order is still awaiting payment you can cancel it yourself from the payment page. Once payment has been received and the order is being packed, contact support quickly — anything not yet shipped can usually still be changed.
